My work is individually tailored and includes a variety of approaches based on cognitive-behavioural and solution-focused therapies (CBT) which have a strong research base. I also incorporate relaxation training, mindfulness meditation and hypnosis when helpful. We will work together to help you learn the skills you need to master your difficulties, gain self-confidence, meet your goals and live a more satisfying and meaningful life. I will consult with you every step of the way and encourage you to give feedback, ask questions and share your thoughts and feelings about therapy.


The goal of assessment is to identify your problems and to design a treatment approach that will be effective for you. I have extensive experience providing psychological, disability and neuropsychological assessments. Your assessment will involve interviews and psychological tests if needed to help gain an understanding of your difficulties.
